BURBANK MUZZLE LOADERS NEWSLETTER OCTOBER 2008 BML: The silhouette match on the 14th and was fired in a cool breeze of 20mph winds or so. The results: Lee Bowman 13 Sam Baseman 13 Tom Andress 11 Tom Trevor 11 John Clevenger 9 Carlos Wilhelm (Reds grandson) 9 Eli Colvin 6. Row pins went to Sam Baseman for 5 turkeys and Lee Bowman for 5 chickens. Be sure to not miss the November 9th Thanksgiving dessert shoot by Sue and Bernie Rowe. Lots of sweet prizes cakes, pies and cookies. Muzzle loader round ball 100, 50 and 25 yards. The fall work party due to out of town visits and the Ventura gun show on the 1st and 2nd of November would mean half the workers would not be there so to please all the date is Sunday the 23rd of November. Frames to cover, general sweep up, John will be cutting up the pepper tree fall for winter firewood so he will have his chain saw there.
